Faction: The Tranquil River Rehabilitation Centre

Welcome to the Tranquil River Rehabilitation Centre. Here we look after the unsound of mind, and the criminally inclined. Some poor souls are unable to find a part in our society, but we will guide them through their rehabilitation, until they emerge as productive citizens of the City of the Six Spires. Our Psychiatrists are able to help all who come through our doors, and their soothing voices can calm even the most blood-crazed murderers. Our orderlies are trained to deliver the very best care to our residents. None can argue with the effectiveness of our treatments. So if you have any loved ones who might be troubled, bring them to us, and we will see they receive the very best care in the city.

PC Positions: There are many potential PC positions, from an Orderly in charge of one wing of the Centre, to the trainee Psychiatrist, to a prison liaison.

Many people choose to work at Tranquil River because they want to help those less fortunate than themselves, and others choose to work there for the stable job.

Relationship to the Six: The Tranquil River centre is officially licensed by the Fourth, with their domain over hospitals and places of care, but has less of a presence of Doctors of the green Spire.

The courts of the Sixth rarely send criminals to the Rehabilitation Centre. They are instead usually referred here by friends and family, or unofficially by the prison officers.

People generally agree that at least one of the staff is in fact a Subject of the Fifth. It's simply that no one can agree on which one.

The upper three do not appear to have any interest in the facility.
